Great information everyone! I am just so dumb founded when I try to figure out patterns. I did see a picture today of a framed Overo that had white over the withers. I am just trying to figure out what should be put on her registration papers.

Is this him?

If so, he's also Tobiano which has put the white crossing his topline. He's probably also Splash.

That is what I thought but they list him as a framed Overo. I am so confused . So what would cause the white over Sassy's topline if not Tobiano.
