Some make up products need to be splurged on, others don't. Foundation is definitely a splurge item, eye liner is not. Any liner from wal-mart will work, as long as you have a good base. You should put it on after you've applied any shadows, but before mascara. Draw the line as close to your eye lashes as possible. Then smudge it. This makes it look MUCH better than a streaky line on your eye-- it looks smokey and very pretty, and you don't have to have a super straight line for it to look good. Don't over-do it. Too thick looks gross as well. Just a single line on top and bottom, smudged. You can line the whole eye, into the corners, for a more dramatic look for going out. I've had plenty of people ask me how I do my eyes, and it's really just that simple. Good luck. | That's really good advice, I might try it!
