Question Need a Salmon recipe

Well? Anyone got a good one? I get so tired of making it the same old way...

I need this recipe for tomorrows supper. I have two nice fillets just sitting in the fridge...mocking me!

(P.S. please don't suggest capers...I think they are awful. I apologize to all the caper lovers out there, you can have the ones that were meant for me. This goes for olives as well!)

salmon in lemon sauce, i promise it tastes great. Just get a jar/packet of lemon sauce, cover the salmon with it and bake until the salmon is cooked. I find lemon suace goes really well with fish like salmon, cod and haddock.

I always grill it cuz I don't like to smell up my house. Put on low heat with skin side down, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook with cover closed for 15-20 mins-don't turn.

We use the BBQ'r for our salmon. Put mayonnaise, onions, lemons, garlic powder, and wrap in tinfoil. Put on the BBQ for about 20-30 minutes. Tastes great and is soooo moist.
