I say you should go. Unfortunately there are many things in life you don't want to do...but it's the 'right' thing to do. I doubt that anyone really 'wanted' to be there. Remember her how she was, you go there to pay your respects to her memory, not argue about things. Remind your family about that. Just remember, there'll come a time when it's your turn, how many will remember that you never showed...will anyone come and pay their respect to you?? My mother's death was the worst time ever for me, but in a way it was a great time too-seeing all the people who's lives she touched, I had no idea! It was on a Sunday afternoon, and for 3 hours people just kept coming. She was a wonderful person, and many paid their respect to her. That's what it's about. If you don't go, shame on you.
