My next project....

Well now that Red is out of the picture for a few months I am already experienceing Riding widthdrawl symptoms lol. No not really i just sit and stare at red in his stal and he stares back like ok are you gonna ride me now or just look at me lol.

ok But i'll need a new short term project for a little while. I have 2 options

1- Train Sparkler in dressage. I have been training him for about a month now and it is going very well but it has been with another girl and i have been thinking about completely taking him full out on as a project and seeing what he can do and how far he can get!
Pro's- he'd be all mine no one else ever rides him and hes got great potential.
Cons- He does NOT jump. lol scary for me to think about any project not involving jumping but i think this would be a great oppertunity to really get to work on my dressage!

2- Train Muleeeee. NO he is NOT A MULE he just has a bad name he is a TB. I have been working with him on and off for a few months this is the one everyone wanted me to buy. I already have been training him since red first went lame but not real seriously at all. He is currently a Beginnner Novice eventer wit great potential but lots of work to be done.
Pro's- He has potential and i can do a lot with him
Con's- He has proven to be a BAD eventer not real brave and can be a real jerk. He is also and womans project but she rides with me and rides her horse she'd be happy to hand him over.

Or since some of you know my parents fliped at me large riding bill this month. I could take a few months kinda off and tone it down a LOT and just do a few random lessons until i come back with red. I really don't want to do that and it is toned down a LOT anyway because red is lame.

If i were you i would train Mulee. Not just because i am an eventer, but because if he hsa ptotential, it is DEFINITELY worth it to train him to his fullest. Also, riding dressage and training dressage for a whole two months will become tiring and probably really frustrating. But if you do it totally right (which takes longer than 2 months) he will definitley be great in dressage (what breed is he?).

I voted other...I think if your parents had some issues with your lessons before, you need to discuss with them to see what would be the right thing to do.

Best of luck to you
