My Horse Loved Them.

Hi Everyone,

My belgian draft horse gelding loved the vet he liked the smell of her and her gentle touch. He knew when she came he was to be on his best behavure so she would give him alot of treats. When i had to get another vet for when i moved him cause our vet couldn't come no longer cause of being to far away he was not happy at first but he got to know her also and they became great friends she also spolied him.

He loved his blacksmith too they started this thing that he would act like he was scared of him then my blacksmith turned around and showed him that in his back pocket he had a carrot and if he was good he could have it and one day my horse was trying to get it and my blacksmith was laughting casue he could feel him on his back pocket trying to get it out. Then my horse got the carrot and then at the smae time got the blacksmiths pants and picked him up by accident and my blacksmith found it so f. unny and he finally let him go. My blacksmith liked my horse so much that he didn't want to see another blacksmith do his hooves so he followed us to every barn we went too and he stayed with us till i had to put my big boy down. he saya when i get another horse he hopes he is as much fun as my big boy was and no matter what he will always do my horses hooves for me casue he likes me and the horses i get.

Anyone else have a story like this please tell me.

There was a Halflinger cross out where I worked when I was littler. His name was Cocoa. Cutest little thing. He was about 13.2 and his best friend was Baron. A big Percheron Draft 3 year old, who was about 17.2. They were inseparable. Baron, the big one, would sleep at the small ones feet like a baby does his mama. It was adorable.

He was the sweetest little guy and only let me ride him. All these other really good riders would try and he'd rear up, start cow kickin'. When I got up on him he was as good at gold.

He died of Colic. A snake scared the stuffing out of him when he was in his stall over night, and he was colicing the next morning.
