My First Duke baby under saddle

Yes, several Duke babies are under saddle and doing jobs, but this is the first one that is still MINE! We sold her as a weanling, then there were several changes in the owners life and she came back to us. This is Madison (Fly Me To The Moon) she is a 3 year old 1/2 Welsh 1/2 QH filly. This was her 2nd time being ridden. She was born broke I swear!

Oh my gosh, I LOOOOVE her!

What a cool filly, and a true testament to the kind of horse her sire was.

Thanks Jen! The mother to the boy breaking her for me says she's been super easy. All of Duke's babies have been so easy to get going. I have 2 yearlings and 2 weanlings left. And of course, his grandbaby, pony mule yearling (we ended up buying her from the "owner") . So we'll see if they all go as easy!

lol, that's not me, that's a 12 year old boy. His mom is a H/J trainer so I trust she knows what she's doing with her kiddo. I don't even fit in those funny liddle saddles.
