My daughters show on saturday!

My daughters troop has 2 shows a year. This was their first. They get scored on inspection, the drill and the impromptu drill. Out of 10 troops her troop placed 4th place. She also rode in equitation but did not place

Last year she placed 5th in 10. Maybe next show. These are the troops horses, we may try taking Amber again now that all the show pressure in gone.

In the group shot Hannah is the back rown next to the white horse on the left.

She did not take Amber to this. She rode their horses. I think out of all 14 girls in her troop only 3 bring their own horses. Starting in June she is going to take Amber again. She tried earlier this year but Amber was being a ********. Now that all the show pressure is over, her captain thinks it would be good to bring her again. She said with summer coming and the ehat most of the time the horses get pretty laid back. It really depends if Amber stops kicking out at the other horses. She volatile when it comes to being that close.

Melissa - saw your pictures on the top when you were posting them. That is something I've never done, but looks so facisnating! Your daughter is doing a wonderful job. Very cool!

She goes every wed night from 5:30-8:30. They have two shows a year. One is the regimental (both posts)in May then in November it's only their post with 5 troops and compete against eachother.

She has been in it for a year and a half. Mostly they do drills but once in a while they do trail rides.
