How often do you put MTG in your horses tail? Can you put it in their mane and forelock? And how much do you put in their tails?

Some horses are sentive to it, so start by applying just a little once or twice a week. Don't douse them with it. 2-3 times a week is the most I'll put it on my horses and I do see a difference with it. You can absolutely put it on their mane and forlock or anywhere else as long as it's not an open wound and/or it won't get in their eye.

There is really no need tomassage it into the hair- the roots are where it does it's thing. It does work a little as a conditioner down on the hair shaft, but I can think of much more affordable conditioners to use! LOL.

I put on dish gloves ('cause it's stinky!) squirt a line from roots of forelock to base of mane, then massage it into the roots. Then grab my horses tail at the base of the tailbone, lift it so the tail is standing up, and squirt the MTG so it runs down the hairs to the roots, insead of down to the floor, massage in, and that's it.

Just remember to test on a small area to make sure your horse doesn't have a reaction to it and to shake the bottle before every application!!!

Ihave used MTG and Mega-Tek Cell Rebuilder. I have seen great results with Meg-Tek and there is very little chance of a bad reaction. Its about double the price but well worth it.

Could someone possible give me a link to somewhere that sells MTG that will ship to England?

I found some Maga-Tek Cell Rebuilder but I can't afford to pay that much to help grow hair - especially with shipping on top of that as well...

(I don't mean to intrude on your thread by the way tiakitty, I just would like some! )

I only put it on once a week, and use a leave in conditioner every few days. It seems to really help, and I'm planning on getting the Mega-Tek cell Rebuilder soon too. After I put it on the tail I just wipe off whatever is left on my hands into the forelock since I seem to be able to get more of it onto me instead of the tail.

I bought a bunch of the Mega-Tek wholesale and used it for a month or two and it just did not work for me. His mane and tail didn't grow at all and starting coming out in clumps (*not* the fault of the Mega-Tek, it's a breed trait for it to fall out, but if I use MTG regularly it doesn't) So I'm back to using MTG.

Kizza, I'm pretty sure national bridle will ship internationally: http://www.nationalbridle.com/Shoppi...roduct_id=0970

Could you guys give us a quick run down on MTG, I get the gist that it is a tail growing substance.

What is it made of, and how does it work??

Not sure we have this product on Oz.....

I believe the main ingredient on the bottle is sulfur. It(to me) smells like bacon grease. But I have been using it for a little over a week and I can already see a small difference in his mane, tail and forelock.
