I know someone taught me how to make these before but I forget.

If anybody would be so kind.... could you make me one with these two pictures? I'd like it so it doesn't change TOO fast. THANKS!!

I don't know how to make them, but I know that moondust has a moving avatar...... you could ask her if she made hers / where she got it made! Just an option.
