A horse trailer
Im not really sure. Just trying to be a smart ***
Moving a Horse Internationally -- US to Canada Theoretically speaking, if one was moving a horse across the US border into Canada ( permanently ) what would one need to acquire for said horse to make it successfully across the border ( legally) ?

Lol im gonna go with...probably not..Hope some one has some better answers for you than i do..but i would think the most obvious answers would be a negative coggins and a clean health certificate.

Yeah, definitely planning on the coggins and health cert. ... just wondering what else they might require??? I tried googling but all that brought up were shipping companies websites. Not helpful.

I know! I tried googling it too and have found NOTHING! How weird is that?

Alrighty, its quite simple lol!
All you need is:
International Health Papers
Coggins
You don't need an inspection (say, when I go into the US with a horse and its going to be permanent it needs to be inspected by a federal vet).
Make sure the international health papers are done PROPERLY otherwise you will have a tone of trouble at the border....
THey will want to look at your horse (some ask you open the trailer so they can have a good look (without unloading the horse), some just want you to drop down the windows (if you have drop down windows) so they can have a peak.....all depends on who is on and what they like to do.
Its a very simple process...

That was the only thing i have found so far...Maybe try asking your vet. They may know..
