There has been a lot of discussion on here lately about minis. I read in a thread that mini's are not actually a pony, but a small horse. Can someone tell me what the difference really is? Besides obviously, that mini's are shorter than ponies. Is it *more* than just a height thing?

miniture shetlands are miniture ponies, fellabellas etc are miniture horses, i think its a proportions thing - they should have no "pony" characteristics other than their size. Lou
