Ug, I'm sorry Cathy. That stinks...

Maybe you should try Yoga. I dont know how, but people seem to loose a lot of weight from Yoga It would at least get you limber and feeling better. Once you feel better, you'll have more ambition to go walking.

I've been in and out, just got back from my first doctor's appt, and don't have good news....I NEED to lose weight, my blood pressure is high as is my colesterol! I am over weight, but I knew that...need to get out and do some walking, and or riding, but need to get my shoulder fixed first, they took x-rays, but won't hear anything about them for at least a week...got to go and get the barn clean, before it gets dark...might be on later...

Well, hey... they do make horse cookies out of regular stuff- so I guess your good.

My mom drinks that Wheat beer. I never liked it... that stuff will make anything taste good

Oh but the horse cookies, were chocolate, and some what fiborous (sp?) but with a good Sam Adams, Cherry Wheat Beer, they were just delish!
