I know what you mean though. I've thought about taking a break from here to. I guess i just dont have as much will power as you do though.

Im doing okai. Went through a bit of a rough patch for a while, things are slowly getting better. I'm working at 2 barns now. I work 6 days a week. Im sooo sore right now lol.

Im going to be moving Kinta to White Dove stables and doing self board. Im so excited

You weren't the only one, that's for sure! Great to hear Romi is doing well. Sometimes it makes all the difference to have someone else start a new chapter in the book so to speak- can make training a totally different thing when done right. Kai and I are doing a similar thing currently, he had a trainer ride put on him and then my trainer has been warming him up for me and then I take over from there. It's really helping me feel how he should be going. We just started this last week but I already feel like a lot of progress has been made, and I hope it continues! He's finally moving forward, which is a huge thing for him. And he hasn't taken a sore step, even after several hard rides!
Hope Romi is doing better tomorrow! I've had a lot of success with draw reins too, sometimes it is the little thing that will change their mindset about being on the bit- sounds like that's what is happening with Romi, which is wonderful!

Yea, it made me wonder. p.s. How are things going for you with Romi?

Are you showing at the fair? We have our county fair at the end of September. I will not take Red to that. It is total complete chaos. The ring is near all the amusement park rides and right against the road. Not fun for either of us.

Some stuff came up at work that weekend and I need ed to stay home and deal with it. I wasn't happy but work has to come first. I stayed home sick yesterday because of pure exhuastion.
