I rode a 50 in March, the Region 12 Championship, and finished 2nd. I finished with the winner, so about one second behind, lol! Then I rode another 50 miler in April and finished first, eleven minutes ahead of second. That's all I've done this year, been concentrating on my cutting instead. I'll probably do some Limited Distance next year on the young horse I mentioned earlier, get his feet wet in the endurance world. It'll be a tough transition for me, fast 50's to slow 25's.

By light hindquarters I'm used to big bootied QH's Arabs are built differently, and as a whole have lighter hinds than I see at the shows

He's nice. An Arab with a great disposition is PRICELESS, IMO. As long as he's not rushed into speed, he'll be a good horse for you.

So is this not your new hopeful? He's pretty, I love bays, overall he's nice, very nice. Is he full blodded Arab? I ask because he's built similarly to an up and comer endurance horse I started. Light in the rear end with room for stamina in the motor.
