After getting hurt last year at Del Mar I am boycotting the surface. A friend of mine is a private clocker at DM and said they closed the track down today for almost an hour after the worst breakdown he's ever seen took place. That track is more and more dangerous! So no I remain on the Tapeta with fingers crossed that hind shoes don't cripple the filly somehow. I went bold and put four on. Many are training with fronts or none.

I'll be on her next time with my stick and the boy will get a beating if he even reaches for her ear.. Blessed hacks!!

HAd a new and disturbing experience today. Working 5/8 out of the gate in company with a bad acting filly and the guy on her head bit the tip of her ear off.... NEVER have I seen that!!!!! Bunch of brutal hacks!!

Breezed the filly today. A slow 3/8 in 39 4/5. Just needed to let her stretch her legs.. she was bucking tied to the wall... contrarian... lol. Gave me a chance to finally decide to change equipment. An aussie bit, shadowroll/flash. She jogged ok this afternoon, not perfect, but that will come ... I hope

He he he.. the ****** went on the track bucking and squealing yesterday!!! I love that she is happy as a clam!! Track is closed on Mondays and she was tough to keep on the ground!!! Tomorrow ought to be a delight... lol. I can hardly wait till she can stretch her legs! The mint eating fool that she has become!
