Well, I have 3 children and I'm a single mum, so I don't really have time for much other than hacking (you guys call it trail riding I believe) and schooling. I ride English. I do own a western saddle but I don't know how to ride western, so when I use that saddle I still ride english in it, if that makes sense? I school while out on hacks though - I used to be very big into dressage so I guess it's in my blood - I don't seem capable of just lollopping along without doing SOMETHING, you know. I too am short - I'm 5'3", so she suits me down to the ground. Plus, 90% of our riding is through forest and ducking under trees - I would end up taking my head off on anything bigger What do you do with yours?

Her dam is 100% forest bred New Forest, her sire is 95% Welsh section D, with something coloured thrown in along the way for good measure. She is 14.1hh (very good going, considering her dam is approx 12.3hh and sire is 14hh).

Thankyou. She is not big or anything fancy. She is 'just a pony' (although I still prefer to call her a horse, lol), but I love her to bits and wouldn't trade her for the world.

Hi. Thankyou very much, yes it's my girl. I see you've done the same and put your avatar picture on a base colour that matches the background on the threads - they look good like that don't they, like they're 'floating' there, instead of being a block pictrure. )

Yea, I am surprised too!!! She is sooo eye catching!! And such a sweetie! But, the market is pretty bad right now. I can wait till the right person comes along. I would like to have the money right now, but I am not just giving her away!! I have raised her from day one and I know that someone is gonna make something out of her some day!!! Don't you need another horse to love??? ;o)
