- I was raised around horses most my life. My family owned and raced TBs so I was always at the track as a kid. I quit riding for a couple years. I then started riding at a friends in the summers. After that I wanted to take english lessons. I did that for half a year. A couple years ago I showed a POA gelding in undersaddle classes. A year after that I did competitive trail for a year but quit. I bought my first horse just before my 16th birthday, a TB gelding named Flinting. His sacroiliac joint is currently injured so hes on a year of retirement with very light work. We are hoping he can do some lower level shows but he wont be able to jump again. Ive been wanting to switch Flint out of his elevator for a while but always had that fear or not being able to control him when he has his "moments"
