Drop stirups 5 mins when riding

Same as Monday

Thursday:
3 sets of 15 crunches
10 minutes tramp
Mod. pushups
5 mintues rubber band
5 mins ball
10 min walk with dogs

There are so many theories behind this songs meaning that make sense but Im having a hard time figuring out for myself People say its about suicide, past drug abuse, living a dangerous life, loss of a band member. They all make perfect sense, maybe its a mix of all of those.

These two incubus songs make me think of the summer of 08' It brings back memories and makes me want to cry for some reason.
