Ride 1-3 horses per day 5-7 days per week
Monday:

(5 mins strech) 20 mins incline walking.
10 mins mini tramp

Tuesday:
(5 mins strech) 35 mins walk w/dogs 1min jog 1 min 30 sec rotation.
Drop stirups 5 mins when riding
Wensday:
Same as Monday

Thursday:
3 sets of 15 crunches
10 minutes tramp
Mod. pushups
5 mintues rubber band
5 mins ball
10 min walk with dogs
Friday:
Same...

There are so many theories behind this songs meaning that make sense but Im having a hard time figuring out for myself People say its about suicide, past drug abuse, living a dangerous life, loss of a band member. They all make perfect sense, maybe its a mix of all of those.
