Wow, you've got color goin on here!! LOL My page must look rather boring to you!

Dusty was the name of my palomino Quarter horse Dusty Golden Boy, foaled in 1979 that I had for 22 years before having to put him down at the age of 26 almost three years ago now. He was the best horse ever and I still miss him terribly. He's in my gallery and the palomino in my avatar. The gray mare in the picture is his half sister (out of the same mare) and her half brother (same sire). Confused? Me Too!! LOL

Thanks for asking. I love the name Dusty and the good memories it holds for me.

Last Sat. was on of the most scary nights I have ever had.

At approx. 6 pm, the Tornado Alarms went off. My Dad came in from a pasture he was fencing, and ordered everyone into the barn.

We watched a swirling cloud slowly move in an arc about a 1/2 mile away from us.

We weren't touched.

We took a ride, amazed at the devistation so close to us. Just up the road, there is a flattened barn (Machines only, thank God, were inside), a house with...

Hi all!
Not really much to say right now... it was too cold to do anything with Dusty today. How bout a little backround into on her??

Northern Dust is 16.2hh. She is a dark bay with a white star and a little bit of a sock...on her rear off leg.

She's right off the track, we've only had her a few weeks. I'm super lucky. She's only 3 years old (4 Next month!), so we are staring from scratch, rather than erasing some of her old habits.

She's already...
