Well today is day 3 of my diet, ill start with yesterday, for breakfast i had fruit and flakes 99% fat free ceral it was quite nice, i had a banana and apple and then a salad with lunch with ham and a little bit of cheese, after noon snack i had a lite yogurt and dinner was a tiny bit of rich with a yummy chicken dish on top YUM!!!

In three days i have lost 1/2 a kilo YAH

So i am home sick, Mystal is being a litlle brat at the moment god bless her i love her so much!!! i am a nervous wreck i havent seen my cat ALL morning eek i hope nothing has happened to him!!
Yesterday i did Auckland area dressage trails on Mystal omg she was so naughty!!! but the judges were very tough there was three of them at different markers it was VERY hard out hehehe oh well i dont mind me and mystal successfully finished the test hehe
