I picked up my new "baby" yesterday....ok, so she is 2 years old...but still my baby!!! We drove to Susie's house and began working with Loupe..after only 1 hour, she was loading in and out of the trailer with ease, had her front feet picked up without an uproar, and even dealt with being groomed not to mention having her mane braided as it was all over the place on both sides. We also took a short walk. As for her color....well, I'd say she is a roany buckskin. I realizeher daddy is gray; but, I bred a black qh mare to a gray and white tob. paint stud. Baby came out red and white. Paint horse assoc. listed it as gray. Needless to say, after 1 year, they changed it to red and white. That was 8 years ago and the colt is still red and white. Stanger things have happened.
