- I am a newbie at owning horses. I grew up in aplace where you can't have them but have always loved them. So when I moved here and could have one I got one!! His name is Sonny and he is a 22 year old registered Anglo-Arab, who I can no longer ride.(I've had him since August 05). I just bought two other horses. Cinder is 11 and is the Quarter Horse/Percheron mare and Bandit's Amarillo "Sky" is her 6 month old filly.
I dont have a discapline as of yet and am pretty open to try anything. I currently have a synthetic endurance saddle that is basically a western saddle with out the horn!!!
