You 'lightly' pull back TO YOUR SIDE! Honestly, if you learned how to use your seat in conjunction with your bit, this wouldn't be needed. When you posted this on a public forum...you made it other's concern-knowing how rough you are being on your horse. Learn how to ask properly-not harm your horse. This IS how horses learn to rear

Indeed I do realize my horse has a medal bar in her mouth, And the way I teach Babee is no one concern but mine. =)
And Its not har on her mouth i dont tug on her mouth just lightly pull back while putting preasure in her sides to get her to back up, Easy as that. =)
She wouldn"t rear or FALL over with me. She is so easy to train

You can go to my site, on the classes page, and find my vets association website. AVHMA (I think)...anyway, he is a founder of the assn...he's in the pic of the group-the one with the hat on!
I have a rehab class where I teach rehab therapies that HAVE WORKED on EPM and cold back horses, also sway back horses. Look on my site on the Rehab page for pics of the 4yr old sway back arab I helped.
