You might be surprised at what kind of miracles are supposed to come out of my hook... I've gotten requests for extremely loud pintos (hard but doable), duns with all the characteristics (like leg barring and the face mask)... and leopard Appaloosa. Makes me want to DIE just thinking about it!

I could probably do these things (and I do have plans to try some new techniques when I get some time for experimenting), but the amount of time involved in something like that would make the ponies cost-prohibitive to the buyer. As it is I don't think I'll ever come close to making money for the time it takes... and that's okay... I sort of enjoy it.

Chick had a lesson with the new dressage instructor today at the club grounds. Instructor told her she was 10 years in front with riding than any other club kid. Told me it was the first time she had seen a round horse on the grounds since she took up instructing again.

We are trying for third time lucky on chics performance cards. First time the secretary forgot to sign them then this time they came back with her club as cloncurry. Third time lucky I hope.

We went to a western show prep clinic on sunday, I took coda, and one of the lessons were halter tips ect, and we pretended we were in a halter line up, and she picked coda out of 8 horses as first, and told me she is a stunning filly, and that if she ever was judging and coda came in, she would place her first as, shes amazinly put together.

I was so happy!!
