Go to either horse chat or classifieds where this topic will sit best with members....on the top of the screen on the left side (at least on my computer....yours may be on the right....but always on the top of the threads)....is a button like the one we have for posting....it says "new thread" ....and push that.

Add your title to the top line and the content in the box that you would like us to read.
