Emmie passed the vet check! So we are going to pick her up on Sunday. I will make a general horse chat post then, as I will be getting lots and lots of pictures She is a beauty though, I got to handle her lots today and pick her feet up and just mess around with everything. She needs work on her manners but I can deal with that. I am so excited!!

OH my GOSH!! Well... the coloured mare from the last entry.. she was STUNNING. I fell in love at first sight and to ride, green as expected but lots and lots of potential. Very very nice paces and an all round lovely natured mare.

So we need to organize a vet check... I am PRAYING she passes because I am in love all ready.. She is a full up 15.2 (our main worry was that she might be too small) and will grow (bum high) to at least 15.3 - 16h. She is called Emerald Rock.. aka...

Well... Ace is leaving a week on Sunday to go to her new home. She is going to the first person who came to see her! I am pleased, but sad she has to go... but it is all for the best.
Of course the nicest situation would have been for us to keep her, but we quickly learned this just won't work... me and my mum are speed freaks and a w/t horse is just no good. The lady just wants a steady plod to go about on, and in a couple months maybe even take ehr out to show her in hand. Aww!!! So she...

I am sad but happy. The lady from last night has emailed and offered money for Ace. We are waiting for one person to come today and see if she will pay what we were asking or more than was offered, and if she decides she doesn't want to then she will go to the lady from yesterday.

Wherever she goes I know she will be very very loved!

Oh it went fantastically... they first saw her, and said "Oh my, isn't she beautiful.."
I rode her first, and we went on the road and then round to a wood nearby, Ace was good a little tenser than usual but I think because I was nervous about riding in front of people coming to see her and also it was throwing it down with rain lol...

Then the other woman (not the one looking to buy, one that came for support) got on her and she really liked her. She was nervous but...
