It finally stopped raining! Air's still kinda cold but wow, light! Winter sucks in this town

I got SO sick of having Anza at the back of that farm, it took me over an hour to even feed her (let alone try some groundwork - in the mud, on a hillside). So, this weekend I moved Allie to my trimmer's place (she loves Allie and has wanted to have her at her place for ages ), and now Anza is at the university.

Laura's not been totally happy at uni, she spends half the week at home (an hour away) with her boyfriend anyway. But she's decided to change courses and unis, and will go to one in her home town, so there's no point her commuting from here.

I feel lonely already lol. I can't have any parties here (house-sitting and all!), I guess I'll have to hold dinner parties lol. Pity it's out...

I decided it would be worthwhile getting involved with James. I was a bit wary for the first couple of weeks because I was told many... interesting... stories! But he's a really decent guy, he's lovely. And probably the first boyfriend BOTH my parents will actually like (instead of just neutrally tolerating ).

I was bad... I was 'only going to go for a couple of hours', not drink, then drive home and be in my own bed by midnight I failed on all counts.

But it was good fun! There was only beer and wine and punch, so I was drinking punch. It had 1 L of wine in it, 2L of vodka, 2L of lemonade and about 3L juice lol! WOW have I been anti-boy lately or what! Been single for a month and a week now and just LOVED every minute. So easily 'not impressed', quite un-emotional and cut-and-dried... has felt weird, I'm not normally like that! I've even been feeling quite angry, too - not that there was anything to be angry over lol. Just easily annoyed by stupid people (esp boys ). I think because in the end he frustrated me SO much, and still does. He keeps telling me he's waiting, and will wait for me for...
