Hey Gluey how are you? Just lettin you know we got the farm last week - soooo excited! Lots of work to do but it is just nice to be there as it is. My horses are up the road at my new bosses place and very very happy there (as there is grass!) But I will try and get them to mine as soon as I can - gotta guild the fence and it turns our our neighbour is getting a horse so there is no worries about her keeping an eye on mine. Hey do you go to vichorse.com? It is a victorian forum. A little slow and not as polished as HGS but local. There is lots of local info there and local horses for sale. I am going to be looking for a beginner pony for the girls 12-14hh so if you know of any that are under 2K a good home is assured. Well anyway catch you later ) Who is the person from **** - gotta get a farrier soon!

I'm trying to sell one to. My agent is telling me that house sales go up with the better weather and maybe we'll get lucky and interest rates will drop lol

Hope to be there by Xmas, but things gotta settle here first. Having trouble selling our house in this market - struggling but fingers crossed someone please come along soon! We settle on the land in Oct. After that, still gotta pay the bills so cant leave work but looking to move the horses up there - we will have friendly neighbours who have offered to keep an eye on them and I cant afford 2 mortgages plus paying for 2 horses agistment and total feed as there is not much grass. Both thoroughbreds too so they go through heaps! I will be up there 4 days a week and here for 3.

I dont even have the excuse of the rain. I just never seem to have the time and motivation put together at the right time., and ive got a 3yo that needs work. We were talking to his breeder last night and we might be going to get his full sister. They're just so quiet. But we haveto sell acouple others first. Good Luck with the Lesson
