Thanks for getting me up to date! When I bought my house, it was one of the must frustrating, stomach-churning thing I'd ever done--I can only guess how awful it is to sell!

Hi we are still moving and doing lots ohh I wish there was more time. Rather, I wish I didnt have to work! We are enjoying it though when we are up there. We do still have problems with the purchaser of our house who needs more time to settle we are at our wits end with her! All the stress and now I have shingles (great!). We have barely started the fence. As you can see from my thread I am still thinking about lots! ha ha. We still have heaps to move! I got this old float to move stuff but it needs fixing as it a long trip so we left it up there. Now we are going to hire a truck and just get it up there - too long a process with small loads. Oh I just read what I wrote last time! Funny. (not!) Yeah she is getting divorced and has all docs signed for the money but only seems to have enough for the deposit and waiting for the rest. We are going to put an order on her on Friday which means she has two weeks then we get her deposit. But we'd have to start again so hopefully in then next day or so..... which is what they are saying.... And i have told work so they are in the know and they want me to stay as long as I can to train people which is good for me. (but means I have to live with my mother in law while we are in the big smoke so yeah it is a huge effort but will be worth it!) This is why we kept putting it off it was hard to do!!!

hey there yes all going great I am very happy! We finally got the woman to pay the deposit for the house and she has the money from her divorce through so it is a huge relief!!! Still much work to do so glad when it is all over. Still havent told work I think I will soon or I will get the guilts up (although lord knows they would deserve it) I have heaps of annual leave but I guess it does look a bit suss when you start using it every week - so even though I am allowed I will prob weaken soon. My new boss is great he is so helpful - I just wish it was more hours I will have to look for a supplimentary job - cant get buy on part time wages ($200 a week aint gonna cut it but I will find something I am that type of person!)

Hmmm...couldn't post a comment in your blog for some reason. Read it, though, and it sounds everything's going great! Are we going to get some pics of the new place? Or have I missed some threads...off to look...

Hi arrow - yes we did sell the house, well the 3 day cooling off period is over. We have a sold sign on our board, so, yeah all things well. Me being me, I still cant relax until finance for her goes through properly! But it should be ok....!

We are soooo relieved! Cant wait to tell the boss but holding off until it is all in our name (9th oct so coming up fast!)
