Trying to keep it together. Doing my best. Hard to believe it's already been about a year here in Japan and since I've seen (even a pic!) of my ponies... Thanks so much for thinking of me... XOXOX

I am glad it worked for you. Sorry I can never give accurate amounts but I am not good at recipes as such. You will enjoy the muffins. Toss in some chopped chives for extra flavour.

I wanted to thank you again on the tips for the quiche. I threw it together like I knew what I was doing thanks to you and it turned out lovely. Ham, broccoli, cheese and onion. 3 eggs some cream and a frozen puff pastry crust. Now to try those cheese/ham muffins you always talk about.

His name was blue. We renamed him Paddy as he really is just like having blended Pago and Dizzy. He has a Pago temperment and look with a Dizzy colouring.

We will clip him out, trim him up, get his feet done and he will look a different horse.

I can't believe I almost missed it, thanks for the link. I think he looks like a diamond in the rough...that dirt and hair coat would make any horse look a few points worse What's his name?
