Hey, what's up with you??? Hope your knee is better and you're just super busy keeping up with everything. We continue to walk almost every day..trying to get in better shape and healthier. Got a shot in my foot and doing strengthening at home, so most of my pain is better. Again, let me know how you're doing! Sharon

Hi, Mary. I was sure hoping your knee was better by now. :-( I'll keep you in my prayers for a good recovery and relief from the pain. We're leaving tomorrow morning to go help with the grandsons! We'll be gone for 10 days. Wow! I'll keep in touch.
