Since I never seem to make any new year's resolutions, I decided to make a few this year. My main, and most important one is to start to make some healthy lifestyle chances. I don't plan on dieting per say, but I do plan to eat healthier, and exercise to stay (or get) in shape. I'm still young, and I can still keep off pounds easily, but I don't want my bad habits catching up with me later on.

My overall goal is to look better by the time we get to go to Cabo in the spring. Last year...

Lately the weather has been horrible! It's cold, rainy, windy, and it's just plain bad weather. If I were to say it in Italian it would be: "Fa freddo, piove, tira vento, e fa cattivo tempo!"

Argh, yesterday my knee cap went out of place. I was walking out to get Sis to practice our OHSET showmanship pattern because I really want to nail it at the first meet. As I was walking down to get her I took a step, I didn't even step weird, and it went out. It hurt like heck! My dad was in the house, my mom was gone, the truck and the barn were blocking me from view. So I yelled at the top of my lungs so hopefully he would hear me. I didn't work so I started to scream at the top of my lungs...

This past Saturday and Sunday I spent my time at the Oregon State Fair. I was competing in livestock judging for FFA. I went with two girls from our FFA chapter who were also judging. We went a day early to do some practice classes and watch the showmanship and market shows. It was a lot of fun. When I watched the FFA market show it made me wish I still had my market lamb since he would have done well. The judge would have liked his style and actually picked a lamb similiar to him but it was shorter...

I have decided to start a journal. So where to begin...I guess I'll start with some stuff about my horse and what not.
My horse's registered name is Splashing Reflection but she is more commonly known as Sis. She is a 15 hand, sorrel (w/roaning), 13 year old Quarter horse mare. Sis is a trained drill team horse and was the lead horse on her drill team. Their drill team travelled all over Oregon going to rodeos to preform. She is out of Impresive Reflection and Morningstar Misty. I wonder...
