ok. I have a TB/QH named Bandit. he's 7 and a half, 15.2 hands and a chestnut gelding who acts quite marish sometimes. We jumped 3'3" this year and showed at the 2'3" level :0) We Event, do Hunters, Jumpers, Trail riding, and Dressage. I've been riding since I was 3. You do the math. I've owned Bandit 4 years and what he's taught me in those 4 years is completely worth all my time spent on my bum :0) I actually almsot gave up on him, but came back and taught an abused horse to trust again and he taught a scared rider to trust as well.

So I rode Bandit today. FINALLY. the snow and ice has thwarted my attempts to actually give my fat lard a workout. So I got up there and lunged forever. he actually bucked 5 times and galloped as fast as he could on the lunge line. (Gave me blisters ) He then galloped for 5 minutes straight and kept switching his leads like it was no problem. He won't do it when I RIDE though ...So the little brat finally chills out and I go the other way and the stinker tries to turn around...
