I'm glad you decided on who your breeding to and not allowing the forum to slam there ideas down your throat. I understand where they are coming from but I'm a ****** for babies also, my mares can all be classified as Grade but...they are not they all have papers. I'm breeding my older mare this year also I'm just not posting about it and if people said she wouldn't throw good babes I have 2 that I could show them that my trainer loves for conformation and mind. Anywho i'm rambling lol I would love to see pics of the stud I've never seen a rocky...(((SHELTERED)) lmao

I have alot of progress pics of the mares already. if you look in my post you'll see, alot are titled mares update or something liek that, atlesat 2-3 post so far of them thru out their pregnancy

I just read your thread on breeding your mares to a Rocky. Congrats. The foals could be registered with the National Walking Horse Regitry if they show any kind of 4 beat gait. Don't let anyone bs you about it. There is another registry for 1/2 Appy's that gait too. RMH's are well known for their kind dispositions and personalities. I think you would end up with beautiful babies. As the people in this country age, many folks are looking for smooth gaited, well trained, even tempered horses. I believe that's what you would get with these foals. I'm behind you, whole heartedly.

I was just curious as to the studs that you settled on to breed your 2 mares. Or have you changed your mind about breeding them? I stopped reading the posts because I've been busy myself.
