    That's neat about the owls! Your Great Horned Owls are probably a pair, otherwise they'd have driven each other off by now.

    The Burrowing Owl population in Florida is quite isolated from any other population, and they're kind of uncommon there. I saw my first Burrowing Owl near Fort Lauderdale.
