I mowed the yard last night and that worked up quite a sweat, so that was my exercise for yesterday.

This morning did not start off too good. I had a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit from Braums. I don't think that qualifies as good diet food...?? I also woke up too late to do my workout, so I'll have to squeeze that in tonight.

I hope everyone else is doing better than me.
