Yeah, I am really happy with him.
And very glad that he's still with me! He is a very strong boy, a fighter for sure! And thank you. 
- He colicked badly.. had a twisted colon. We had to take him up to Tech for surgery. The vets didn't even think he was going to make it at first he was in such bad shape. He surprised them though.. he is doing SUPER well. He could not have recovered any better. He has been home one week, and he's still doing excellent. 2 more weeks of stall rest, and about a month and a half until I can start riding him again.. another 5 months probably before he will be back to normal jumping and showing and such.

- Well, I live in VA on a 24 acre farm, and just love riding my horses, I ride everyday ,usually at least 2x's a day.
My 8 horses are my life, I started out getting my first horse when I was 11, and ever since I've been living my dream. I barrel race, I used to barrel race Turbo one of my paints but he has a rare cyst in his left rear leg, and is a pasture horse now unfortunitely. So then I bought Tex my registered breeding stock paint gelding, he's a doll.. 16.3hh he's huge compared to my other babies, so this year is our first season running, I'm just working towards getting better & better at our competitions :-) well if you live in VA and wanna come ride with me then come on! I have enough horses, or you could bring your own!

Great with his leads, from a walk... picked up the right lead RIGHT as I gave him the command, and same with the left. We still aren't switching leads or getting the leads from a trot. But all is well, he's still learning. Back legs needs some more excersize they're not as strong as they need to be. We need to work on some hind leg excersizes.. first we need to know which ones are for working the hind legs! But he's good at the trot in circles, but tighter circles 10-20 ft ones he's just really...
