- Hey, I own two horses Chief and Chance. Chief is a 21 years young, sorrel, paint Q/H. He was my first real horse and is the best horse I could have ever asked for. I trust him with my life and I don't know what I'd do without him. I also got Chance a 5y/o 16HH appy in March 2007. I'd like to do some big shows with him, doing Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, HUS, Showmanship, Horsemanship, Bareback classes, Egg and Spoon, Trail (maybe), Reining (maybe), Dressage, and definetly Trailriding. I'm also in 4H and hope to go to state fair. If you ever want to talk, just send me a PM! ~CH

Lately I haven't been having much fun riding horses and i just need to work on getting my confidence up and having fun. My trainer sometimes pushes me too much, and lately almost every lesson i feel like crying or getting off because it's too much. She knows when to back off, usually, but i just don't want the pressure for a while. Don't get me wrong, i love my trainer and taking lessons, and highly recommend it, but i just need a break. I've been taking them for the past 3 years, every week. I'm...
Where do I begin....I guess with letting ya'll know that I've decided to sell Tucker. :*( He really is a great horse (had him for 4 months) but he NEEDS a confident rider...which I am NOT.
I still haven't told my trainer, and I'm really afraid to. I'm going to end up crying and feeling even MORE guilty about it, but he's just NOT what I want. The only reason we got him is because we were kind of forced to *long story* and I thought he might work out. But after "trying" him out for 4...
Okay so last night in my lesson i was riding Tucker and he bucked me off. It was my first big fall of ever riding horses (3 years). I didn't get hurt or anything, just scared. The fall definetly wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be, but after about 2 min. after i got up i started crying. I don't even know why, i think it might be because i don't think Tucker will ever get over his spookiness. I've had him about 4 months and we've been working on going inbetween the wall and my trainer sitting in a...
Ya, so tonight I feel like ****....my dad called/calls me a spoiled brat and said I don't do anything to help anyone. He just makes me feel so bad about myself. I somehow get into a fight with him EVERY day. My sister graduated high school and went to college last year. She flunked out and started smoking. She was a 4.0 kid in high school, and never did anything wrong. My dad talks horribly about her and it makes me cry to think that he can talk like that about his own daughter. If he ever talked...
Okay, so I'm bored...once again...so I decided to write on here and listen to music *turns on radio*. Alright, here are the major things going on in my life....First of all I just got a new horse named Tucker, he's 15.1 hands, 6 years old, and great grandfather won NRHA (National Reining Horse Association), so I think he'll be great for what I want to use him for....REINING...DUH! Oh, and I got a new cella ma phone woot woot, that's right, what now ******* JK. And I have a drill team show coming...
