Chick made pancakes tonight. They were nice with lemon juice and sprinkled with a little sugar.

Hahaha okay...give me a big fat F then...

I'm better at writing than I am at correcting other's papers. And I need to get upstairs and get some pancakes in me!!

I'll have a look, seems like a bunch of us have been getting hurt! Rod is acting better, the doc changed his meds slightly, and I have noticed that he is a little better with his temper....I have not seen or heard from Kimberly, I was thinking of her yesterday...will have to send her an email to see how she is...if she don't answer me, I will go over to see her, and see how she is.

Maybe so. I'm always amazed that you don't get clumps of dry flour when you're eating pancakes from lumpy batter, though. I wonder what happens to it. Maybe the heat sort of makes it mix up or something. I don't know anything about stuff like that.

No, doesn't taste any different. They put the egg, milk, sugar and vanilla into it, blend it to mix then add the flour to mix. If you over work the flour you will make the gluten in the flour work and get touch cakes.

I think the lumpy mix is a good excuse for someone who got tired of beating them out.

You said that your kids use the blender to make pancakes. I've always heard that if you leave the batter lumpy, the pancakes will taste better. I'm guessing the blending mixes it pretty smooth. Does it really taste any different? Just curious.
