- My name is Chrissy and I have a 13 year old chestnut QH x gelding name Jazz. I've owned him for 3 years and those years have been the best =) Currently we're training in reining/westernpleasure. He's a dream to ride now and has improved so much in those 3 years! We compete in gaming and schooling and local shows! Next summer we're hitting the bigger shows =)

Well school was pretty weird yesterday. There was an accident saturday killing 7 boys in the basket ball team and one teacher so everyone has been super sad. My friend lost her boyfriend and everyone knew everyone that died. Yesterday was the first day back and it really sucked. People kept walking out of the classes because they were crying, teachers couldn't teach and everyone was with the grief councellors(sp?). I went home early since we were doing absolutely nothing in class.

I'm still in shock. Last night, just after 12 AM the highschool's basket ball team was driving back from the game and hit a transport.There were 12 people in the van. The coach, his wife, his daughter and the 9 boys. The van was ripped open, seats were ripped out. The wife and 7 boys were killed instantly. 
2 10th graders and 5 12th graders about to graduate. One of the 10th graders was my close friend's boyfriend. This is just horrible. The whole town is grieving.

Ok, so I don't know if anyone read my last entry, but I'll give this a go again.
Well it's 2008 already! Seems like yesterday was just 2004! I gotta admit though, 2007 was kind of ******. I'm anxious to see what this year brings. I went to see Jazz yesterday. I remember going into the field and seeing him, the only horse out of all 6 of them, looking at me, chewing at his hay. The others didn't even notice I was there! He came over to me and I felt so happy. No idea why, he always walks...

Well I recently found out that there was this little button on top of the HGS screen that said "Journal" so I decided to click on it and VOILA! I had no idea this existed haha! Sooo I suppose I should talk about what I did today right? I'm really not the type that writes in journals all the time. I've given up on every diary I've ever started. 
Well I didn't really do much today. Just kind of moped around the house, watched some One Tree Hill (got the season 3 box set for x-mas)...
