OOh, just saw on the board thread that you are in Davis- are you at UC Davis? I am waiting to see if I got in (transfer student) and I will be looking for a place to board my horse- yours sounds amazing and is within my budget. Do you have any info on it? (or are you even in the area, or am I crazy?
