Are you serious? You found out the contact name at the college? That's great news, maybe we will be able to find out more about his show experience. Is it someone who was directly involved with Dallas or just the equine dept? His papers indicate that Judson is still the current owner.

Can't wait to see pics of Dallas' mother. Your dad told me she was very pretty, small, but very smart.

Also, Hannah wanted me to ask you if you received the link she sent you regarding her pictures of Dallas?

hi! This is hannah,elizabeth's daughter. I think its soooo neat how we got in touch with you and your dad. Im so happy that we learned about Dallas's background. I just wanted to tell you that Dallas is a awesome,wonderful,sweet horse. He is my first horse and i couldnt have asked for anything better. Hes such a good boy and i love him more than anything else. We have been competing in sime hunter/jumper shows and we have done pretty well. We both love jumping and Dallas will jump anything you point him at. Im also competing with Dallas in state finals next month so im very excited! Well i just wanted to say hi and i have TONS of pics of Dallas and if ya'll would like some more we would be happy to send you some

hi. I have not recieved any pics from your dad yet, but I am sure he will send some pics soon. Would love to have a few of Dallas's mother, Step right Out, and Coosa, his grandsire, and his grandmother, Big Step if possible or maybe you may know who I can contact for those. I already emailed Rosewood Ranch asking for Coosa pictures but no response yet.

I am not positive what kind of home Dallas had before we purchased him, but based upon his physical condition and attitude, he was not treated very well. He was thin and very grumpy, but his experience in the ring, I must say, overshadowed his attitude. His original asking price was $17,000.00 but we were able to negotiate to a lower price due to some contradictions in his age. Through lots of patience, his attitude has improved a great deal and ofcourse, he is in great shape now. My daughter qualified this year for the state finals in the flat classes and last year did very well in her association she showed hunter/jumper in. I even hacked around and did well with him, and I am a barrel racer.

Maybe you can answer a question or can advise as to finding out. We were told he was an Appendix reg. QH, however, his reg number is with AQHA. Do you think your dad would remember how he was registered or if append. reg. does AQHA automatically show him as reg with AQhA?

Judson College is listed as current owners. Heard anything about them owning him? probably not, but we are so interested in his background because whoever trained him did a wonderful job especially on his groundmanners, you can do anything with him! We have so many questions.

I am rambling, so sorry, just very happy to have been able to talk to you and your dad. Hannah, is estatic!

hi. Yes, I did speak to your dad about dallas and he was most patient in answering my questions. I appreciate that very much. I purchased dallas about 2 yrs ago for my daughter and is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dont know much about him at all and would love any pictures you can find of him, his dad, and his mom.
Dallas has been wonderful babysitter for Hannah as she progresses in her riding and he will be with us until he passes on.... I have more pics if you would like me to send them.
On his ownership papers, Judson College is shown as the current owner but have no idea who to contact there to ask about his show experience. If you know of any contacts or can think of anything that may be helpful, please send me the info.

I read that your dad was familiar with the Mounted Patrol. Ask him does he know of a palomino stud "Commander Sunny". Supposedly he has a lot of babies in the mounted patrol. I have a son of his. With his disposition, I can see why they succeed in the mounted patrol.
