lol thanks! Yeah I'm in a phase where I'm actually making things, which I haven't hardly done any baking since I was younger! lol I get the not actually following recipe's, I have found myself substituting or altering without really thinking about it!

A few days ago had my first attempt at danish's.... dough and all of course! lol They have quite an extensive way of making dough for that! haha It wasn't perfect but I know what I'll change next time so I think it will be okay!

Here is a recipe I found for them. You know I am hopeless at giving recipes because I don't use one as such. It is toss this and that into a bowl.

You could use baking powder instead of bicarb. Just follow the guide on the tin as to how much to use. You can also add a sultanas to them.

Oddly enough no pics in a looong time! I mean someone tried at our show, but their camera was acting up and on some weird setting she didn't know about so pictures, yeah they didn't work out at all! Now she is out and furry as we have snow already. Chris is out and furry already too...lol and furry they shall BOTH stay this winter, no scottsdale for my kids, they have summer shows to look forward to instead!
