Exclamation Me and My Mare Prego together........Ohhh Dear!!

I bread my mare last year back to the same stud. I now have a 10 month old filly and am about to have another foal in june. I just recently found out that I am myself going to have a baby. Very unplanned and unexpected lol. I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed that I am going to be about 5 months prego when my mare foals and I won't be able to do much with her or the baby . But none the less i'm excited for both of the new arrivals.

Congratulations!! You'll probably find you have more time while you are pregnant and after you have your baby you have no time for a foal. Thats when dad gets a kick in the pants and he gets to be mom so you can play with the baby that doesn't cry all the time and let you sleep.

Are you hopeing for a girl or a boy? I know who cares as long as its heathy but you have to be leaning one way..

I know what you are feeling!! My mare is due right along with me. I told my family it is going to be a race to who foals first! Good Luck with everything, hope all goes well for you and your mare!!
