Mare Approvals and DNA testing?

Ok so I definatley cannot get Dreamer registered with teh JC because according to the stallion owner (who owns dreamers dad) she was stolen. Now from what I have been told its more like his girlfriend sold the horses without him knowing... but anyways I am not risking my mare being taken away and he has the stallion report... soooo yeah. Now I really want to breed her eventually so my best best would be to get her approved with a warmblood registry. Now I need to find one who accepts DNA parentage verification... except how do I go about proving her parentage with DNA? Shes too good of a mare to just give up on the idea of breeding her... I mean I am going to breed her if she excels in teh showring and so far she is doing well for being green and half trained only by me. Anyhow I want a registerable baby for obvious reasons sooo the question is what to do? I emailed the JC and they said I would have to get the stallion cover report from the Stallion Owner. But once again don't think that will be happening. Any suggestions?

Oh and looking at her movement do you think she would even be approved?

That is tough stuff. I'm really glad that Penny's breeder is alot friendly. I may have problems still since the stally died.

She has very hunter-y movement like my mare. They want "dressage" movement. I would highly suggest that you get a handler. From what I've heard, they are amazing at making your mare look goooooood for the inspections.

If possible, try to get a tape of her trotting with someone leading her & trying to run as fast as they can. That usually gets more "oomph" out of them.

Girlfriend selling the horse which doesn't belong to her = stealing. Horse = stolen.

Does the original owner (whom she was stolen from) want her back? Looks like you really can't get her registered without his help.

That said, she does have a cute little trot and looks like she'd be very comfy! Under saddle, though, she looks as though she needs some work. Helping her to round and lift her back while pushing her forward to the bit will help her to make the most of her trot. She looks really hollow and strung out in the photos you've posted.

I dunno if he wants her back but hes not getting her thats for sure. She wentthrough another person before I got her as well

Actually I may have the story wrong... the stallion owner didnt own her his girlfriend did who was dying. Her daughter sold the horses without him knowing but supposedly the one dying knew and said yes. She is now dead (bnrain cancer)

This is what I mean by dressage-y.

See all that suspension & reach? He is also quite engaged here. This is kind of what they are looking for. It rather natural for the WBs

Alas, my TB mare is lacking there.

She could be stretching a bit over the topline some more though. A handler may still be a good idea. Have you tried to maybe pay for the stallion information?
