Mare #1...guesses??....8 days and counting

18 days from today is Dottie's due date, March 13th, 2008. A month ago I didn't think she was going to hold out until then but now I wonder if she will go over....mares

I will get some pictures of her tomorrow in daylight but here are the stats...

bag: started late Jan, has a small bag...bigger everyday and not going up and down anymore.
belly: huge and out to the sides still not really dropped
Definately loosing her topline and thinks she is starving all the time, lol. A bit sunken in around her tail bone but not loose or jelly yet. She is a maiden mare so no idea what her schedule will be.

Anyone want to guess when she will foal, what it will be and what color/pattern?

Doesn't she look thrilled, lol. And this was months ago...much bigger now!

LOL! I will pass along the wishes...though she doesn't listen to much I have to say at the moment anyway so I doubt it will sink in, lol. This is one craby girl!

I feel ya, 7 months ago...I had a super crab too! She was very anti-...well...everything. LOL

Tell me about it but I have 3 other mares who are about a month behind her in their pregnancy and they have been nothing but lovely, lol. I think they are doing it on purpose to make Dottie look bad. I suppose I will give her a break since it is her first

Oooo an appy, you must get more pics of the mother to be....my mare went three days over her due date, and she was a maiden......but we need pics!

It's always fun to guess when and what they will have. My guess, March 15th, a colt, palomino.

Whatever it is, I hope for a healthy baby for you! And look forward to seeing pics of it.
