Man charged in death of ten puppies

The Ramsey County Attorney's office has charged a man for killing 10 puppies last August.

Kimanie M. Carter of Richfield was charged with two felony counts of mistreating animals.

Witnesses say the 19-year-old killed the puppies - either by snapping their necks or slamming them against the pavement - then tossed their bodies in a trash bin.

The puppies were killed apparently as a threat against the Carter's girlfriend.

Carter was picked-up by police on August 3 and was taken to a police station, but as he was getting out of the car, he ran under the closing garage door and escaped.

He was arrested in Milwaukee in early October on unrelated charges.

I have a punishment idea for people like this....

I am curious what they all charged him with?

Animal cruelty and also I hope a charge on the threat to his girlfriend.
I know if I saw that, I would be traumatized.

Sickening, absolutely sickening. Hopefully his girlfriend can get away from him. And yes, I would certainly hope he would charged for both, animal cruelty and threatening his girlfriend.
