Making Supplements Treats?

While at the Exchange Place this weekend there was this lady there that had homeade dog treats. She even had some for the horses, some of which Rebel LOVED!

However it got me to thinking. It would be so handy if I could make treats and include their supplements into the treat. Has anyone done that or know how to? or even if it would work?

Oh and would it work with liquid supplements? what about MSM? We don't feed that much supplement wise but I would like to know they are getting them and not spitting it on the ground like they tend to do. Aspirin would be another one I would feed alot of also.

Anything would be great recipes, experiences ANYTHING!!!

Since there already are joint supplement treats, it does work

But how one would go about doing it probably depends on what the supplement part is, as many things are easily broken down by too high heat.

Yea that's what I was thinking that heat could break them down. Maybe I could make MSM crystals to roll on the outside of them? Or maybe I should just mix supplements... BLAH!
