LOVE my Wintec!

I just got a new Wintec 500 A/P last night and rode Adaan with it this morning. I just had to say how much I LOVE it! For one thing, he's still thin and I'm trying to put weight on him so I loved the fact that I could fit it for his size right now and then I can change the gullet when he does gain weight. Another thing I loved was that it really helped me keep a "correct" seat. I've always had trouble keeping that shoulder, hip, heel alignment. The knee rolls on this saddle helped me keep my legs right where they should be. Last, whenever I rode with my old saddle, Adaan would have a dry patch on either side near his withers telling me the saddle was putting pressure there. Today when I got off, there was a light sweat under the pad and no dry patches at all. It's so comfy and it's GOT to feel better to him too! Anyway, just wanted to tell "horse" people who would understand why the new saddle is such a big deal.

I also have a Wintec and I absolutely love it as well! It's light, easy to care for, and sooo comfy! It's like... ancient, now, and it still looks brand new. As a matter of fact I show in it, it's stayed in such good condition. I have a hard time riding in my leather saddle!

I wouldn't trade my Wintec Isabell for anything! Unless they were still making the wide trees, in which case, IF this one ever wore out, I'd get one of the newer ones with CAIR panels. That's the only bummer- I don't understand why they quit making them in both medium and wide trees! The gullet change is only PART of the fit!

i hate my wintec!! lol. i like my leather CC a lot better.

Its just not verry confy, and it dosent really fit any of my horses good. I HATE the cair pannels always have, the seat is really hard. i just like my Presteage (SP) CC a lot better.
